Once you finalize your selection of decorative items on our platform, our team begins the internal processing phase. We require 1 business day to handle the logistics of your order. During this time, we verify the availability of the items, perform a quality check, and securely package the products to prevent damage during transit.
This dedicated preparation day ensures that every piece leaving our facility meets our internal standards before being handed over to our local delivery partners.
The Transit Phase
After the preparation phase is complete and the package is dispatched from our warehouse, the transit phase begins. We utilize a network of reliable local couriers to navigate the Hong Kong region. The estimated time for the product to travel from our facility to your doorstep is 2 to 3 business days .
Because our operations are conducted on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis , our couriers are prepared to facilitate the transaction at the point of arrival. We maintain a strict policy of no hidden charges; the price you see at the time of your order is the final amount collected. There are no additional shipping costs, handling fees, or surcharges applied during this phase.
The Total Estimate
When combining the preparation and transit windows, the total estimated time for your order to arrive is 2 to 3 business days from the moment the order is placed. We aim to stay within this window for all deliveries across Hong Kong. While external factors such as weather conditions or public holidays may occasionally influence these timelines, we strive to maintain this schedule as our standard performance target.
