Commercial Terms
Velalpion is dedicated to providing clear and accurate information regarding our online decorative items. All pricing displayed on our website is final and inclusive of all costs; we do not apply hidden charges, additional taxes, or shipping fees at the point of delivery.
Our business utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This means that the total amount for your purchase is collected in physical currency at your doorstep upon the arrival of your order. Because we do not process payments through our website, we do not store or request your credit card or sensitive fiscal details during the checkout phase.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per order or per customer to ensure fair access to our inventory for all residents of Hong Kong.
Fulfillment
We recognize the importance of timely delivery for your home decor projects. Our fulfillment process is structured as follows:
- Processing: We require 1 business day to package your items and prepare them for shipment. This ensures that every decorative piece is handled with the appropriate attention to detail before leaving our facility.
- Delivery Promise: Once dispatched, your order will reach your designated Hong Kong address within 1 to 2 business days .
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time while the product remains in our warehouse. However, once the package is handed over to our logistics partners, the delivery must be completed as scheduled.
- Returns and Refunds: We provide a 30-day return window starting from the day of delivery for items that arrive damaged or do not match the order description. In such cases, contact us at support@velalpion.com to arrange a complimentary pickup. After a 24-hour inspection period, we will provide a replacement or a full refund via bank transfer . Please note that we do not facilitate returns or refunds for a change of mind; we encourage you to be certain of your purchase before finalizing the order.
Liability
Velalpion strives to maintain a reliable and secure website; however, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance of Hong Kong , Velalpion shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to access our website.
Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the items bought by the user. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as unavoidable weather or logistics disruptions beyond our control.
Governance
This agreement and all transactions conducted through Velalpion are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region . Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
